Anya is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors, a Certified Canadian Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling & Psychotherapy Association and a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She holds a Master’s of Counselling degree from Athabasca University and a specialization in Loss, Grief and Trauma Counselling from Flinder’s University. She possesses training in Trauma-Informed Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

Anya’s background includes a 250-hour certification as a Yoga Instructor. She draws from these skills and other therapeutic treatment modalities to be versatile and meet the specific needs of each individual she supports.
