The First Session fee is immediately processed on your card upon booking.

Follow-up Sessions - your payment card is automatically processed the day before your session.

New clients: it is necessary to consent to the service conditions in writing. We provide online consent forms which are sent to you upon booking your first session. Without consent, the scheduled session will be cancelled on your behalf. Individual Counselling Services are offered for Adults. We do not currently offer Couples Counselling or Counselling for Minor Children. We reserve the right to cancel/decline service.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy – 24-hour Notice - FIRM If you do not provide adequate notice - the full session fee will be charged to your payment card.

Please note that we allow a maximum of five online bookings at a time for existing clients. If you already have five or more sessions booked with us it will not be possible to schedule additional sessions online.
